Our Philosophy

At times we do run out of ground beef but we will not sacrifice quality for quantity. Be patient and your wait will be rewarded with the best products available. Our cows are processed at 30-36 months for the best marbling while maintaining a lean and healthy product.

Our Story

Our farming business began like many others- carrying livestock to the stockyard and crops to the grain elevator. As business grew we felt we were missing something. We were growing our own healthy food for ourselves and started sharing products with friends and family and before we knew it we were selling retail. We really enjoy this aspect of our business because it allows us to meet our customers face to face. This also allows us to meet the needs of those looking for healthy food options using a process we can feel good about.
